btn_donateCC_LG.gifDo you want the opportunity for FREE braces?? Our Smile For A Lifetime-West Orange Chapter can make that happen!

Smile For A Lifetime-West Orange has appointed local community leaders and professionals to the Board of Directors. The board is instrumental in spreading the word about this unique program to children who normally would not be able to afford braces and face an up-hill challenge in life. Children in the West Orange community may apply for the orthodontic scholarship if they are between the ages of 10-18.

Dr. Fravel and his staff are overjoyed about this opportunity! We look forward to serving the community and truly changing the life of a child by providing a beautiful smile!

To apply for this program, please complete the initial application form.

If you have any questions regarding applications the only correspondence is via email SmileForALifetimeWOrange@gmail.com.

Here are some of the scholarship recipients and their pay it forward plan.

Mel

Melanya plans to pay it forward by continuing her work with the "Stars" program. This program provides backpacks and supplies for children qualifying for free lunches in West Orange Public Schools. Keep up the awesome work Melanya!

S4L Larkin

Larkin is an avid volunteer taking part in community service at her school, church and events throughout the community. She will pay it forward even more by volunteering at Give Kids the World and also Relay for Life during her time in braces. She hopes to inspire others throughout her time volunteering in order to create a chain reaction of giving.

Ian

Ian is from Sendai, Japan and lived through one of the worst tsunamis to hit that region. He helped in the disaster relief by providing food and medical supplies for people in need. Now here in the states Ian plans on paying it forward by volunteering at a senior center by playing games with the elderly, reading, and even just carrying out conversations. That sounds like a great plan Ian!
